Magical Girl Cafe Review ♡ Pompompurin Decoden Case

Hello everyone I am back again! (*•̀ᴗ•́*)و ̑̑And today I will be bringing you a super exciting (at least for me) review! Let's go go go!

What is decoden?

Decoden is a Japanese style of decorating your phone. "Deco" stems from the word decorated, pretty obvious is you ask me, and "den" being short for the Japanese word denwa, meaning phone. Even though it started for phones, it has spread to just about anything you can put a case on, or even things that don't have cases have been decodened! From what I have seen there are about three different styles of decoden floating around, whip, resin, and rhinestone/layered. The type I got for this review being a whipped case. These cases are made from silicon that has been piped on and are usually accompanied by pieces called cabochons. So that is a very brief overview of what decoden is, so let's move on to the actual case!

Review

I ordered this as a custom case from Monique from MGC, this is like my 3rd case from her and my 5th overall order, and I am never disappointed! This time I decided I wanted a case with my favorite Sanrio character, Pompompurin! I am a sucker for this little pudding dog and now I can carry him with me whenever I want! I got a bumper case (which I had to order myself) which I prefer more than a usual plastic case since it is easier to take on and off, it offers more protection, and it adds some more color. I also wanted so cute food cabs on the rainbow whip and she really made my vision come to life!

She included her business card along with a handwritten note and two stickers! (one is even a Purin one!!)

She even included this little lollipop strap for free!

Review Ratings

Quality: Moni always makes her products with great care, attention, and of course love! Her piping of the whip is flawless, the resin pieces are amazing, and I just can't explain how well made it is! I give it a 10/10!

Shipping: The processing time for her customs are about 3-4 weeks. This is a very reasonable amount to me because the resin pieces take a few days to dry, and so does the whip. After the case is actually made the shipping is super fast, 3-4 days for me. 10/10 yet again!

Final Review: If you couldn't already tell, I am 100% pleased with my order. I encourage anyone who is looking into decoden to Magical Girl Cafe! My overall rating is a 10/10.

♡Uniqso Review♡ Sweety Nudy 3 Tones Green Lenses

Hello, there my loves! Sorry it has been so long since I have posted! I have been super busy with school and stuff! But I am back with a new review that I am super excited to share. Here we go!

All of the products that are featured in this post were purchased by me with my own money, this post is not sponsored, I also sadly do not have a coupon code for Uniqso (˃̥̥ω˂̥̥̥)

Here is the package my order came in, I took my address off of it of corse!

This is my largest order from Uniqso to date! I guess due to the size the price for standard shipping and DHL express was only a $3 difference so I just decided to upgrade. I have never used DHL express before and boy let me say it was fast! Standard is usually 15-30 days or something but DHL was like 5! I have zero complaints about this aspect so it gets a 10/10!

I have naturally green eyes so I like green lenses that enhance my natural eye color. However, I have always been iffy about what size lenses I should buy, I have hooded almond eyes so I by no means have big eyes, therefore I cannot buy super big dolly lenses. These are 14.5 mm diameter lenses and I think that they may be a tad too big for me but the 14 mm are too small so oh well! I would not call these natural by any means but I think they do blend nicely with my natural eye color. They are very comfortable to wear and I really like them overall. I will give them an 8/10!

♥ Biscuit Travel Lense Case ♥

Honestly, I bought this because 1.) it is cute 2.) I wanted one of those stick things to help put the contacts in and 3.) it was $2.90!! This great for bringing everything you need with your lenses in a small compact space! It includes a case for the lenses, a small vial for contact solution, small tweezers so you don't have to directly touch your lenses and a stick thing for helping you the contacts in. I have nothing wrong with this so 10/10!

☆ Blink-N-Clean Lens Drops ☆

I got these as a free promotion gift for being a member on Uniqso's website. My eyes do get irritated sometimes when I wear lenses so I was super stoked to get these for free! 

❀ Lens Case Travel Kit ❀

 Ahhhhh it's Stitch!!!

This also came with the promotion and is very similar to the biscuit one that I showed earlier, albeit a bit smaller. This one does not have a container for solution like the other, and the stick thing was actually broken when I received it. But I won't complain since I got it for free! I also love Stitch so I am pretty lucky that I got this off a random pick.

Overall Rating:
I have ordered from Uniqso before and I have always been pleased with their service and this time is no exception. I have no complaints really beside them being a bit big but that is also my fault. The shipping was great and I really liked the freebies I got so 9/10!

Flow Vagabond Review ✿ Peaches and Flowers

Hihi everyone! I hope you all are doing well! ᵔᴥᵔ

I am here with another review and this time I have a code for you all! So let's get into this review!

So the shop that this review is is for a shop called Flower Vagabond! They specialize in Japanese and Korean style clothes, shoes and accessories! Their prices are great and shipping is free worldwide! I have a code that I will list down below that you can use to save money at checkout.

I ordered four different things from them: a skirt, shirt, socks, and a phone case.

I really I like shirt! The material is great and it is super comfortable! I think the only problem I have with it is that it is a little short for my taste, but then again I like REALLY long shirts so this really just a regular length! Plus it has peaches on it and I LOVE peaches so I love the shirt! If you would like to check out the shirt click here.

The skirt came a pretty wrinkled, but it was nothing a little ironing couldn't fix! The waist band is super stretchy so the one side fits most thing it pretty accurate. There isn't much else to say about this skirt! It is fun to wear and I really like it! Unfortunately, they do not seem to carry this skirt any more.

I LOVE THIS CASE SO MUCH!

Honestly this case is my favorite thing that I ordered. It has peaches on it which, as already mentioned, makes it 1000x better. The texture is like this slip proof kind of thing and I really like it, and over all it is just super cute! If you would like one too, click here.

Ratings

Quality: Over all the quality was good for the price I paid. It wasn't amazing and it wasn't terrible, so I will give it a 8/10.

Shipping: Shipping was the big down fall of this purchase, seeing as most of the items in their shop are from separate companies that make them, they do not have single warhorse they ship from, so all of the items will ship separately. That is a little inconvenient if you ask me! The shipping isn't fast also, but it is also free so I guess you really can't complain! Here is the real down of when everything was ordered, and when it arrived:

All three items were ordered on July 21

The shirt arrived on August 8

The skirt arrived on August 17

The case arrived on August 20

The timing of the shipment wasn't where my problem is, I just really was not fond of my items all coming separately, so I will give shipping a 5/10.

Overall: Overall I will give my order from Flower Vagabond an 8/10. I really liked the items I got, but the shipping is not my favorite!

Pastel Dreamz Review ✿ Custom *old* 3DS Case

So today I have a review that I am super excited to do! I love cute cases for just about anything that can have a case (mostly phone cases), it is honestly an addiction. My favorite type has to be decoden! I have 3 different decoden cases for my phone, 2 really because one broke but it was my fault (;﹏;), but I love them all so much! So I decided next I wanted a cute and fun case for my 3DS! So here we go!

Review

First off I think if I could only say one thing about this case it would be that it is absolutely stunning! The attention to detail is amazing as is the quality of work! The piping of the silicon is beautiful and the arrangement of the cabochons is perfect! So in short I am VERY happy with this case!


As you all can see the star of this case is my favorite pokémon, Psyduck! I ordered this figure on my own and shipped it to the owner of the shop, Leslie, who is such a dear! Of corse we had already been talking about the case and she gave me the option to buy it and ship to her or she could have bought it and just added it to the price of the case. I told her that my only request was that I wanted there to be wings behind Psyduck, because I thought it would be super cute, and I wanted the whip to be pastel blue and pink, other than that I just told her to make it super kawaii! And I can say she delivered! after about 2 weeks, she sent me a few potential layouts for the case, and when I wanted to combine two of them, she accommodated me perfectly! She also adds rhinestones on the side for free to any custom case so of corse I had to have some, I am a sucker for sparkle! (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧


The case is quite heavy and bulky so I probably won't be taking it on any trips with me but that really isn't much of a problem! I hear a lot of people questioning the durability of decoden cases, while you can't just throw them around and you should be delicate with them, they can take some wear and tare. The cabochons that are on the silicon whip are very secure on the case, so you don't have to worry about those falling off. If anything the only thing that you would need to worry about coming off are the rhinestones. But Leslie sends a little baggie with extra rhinestones in it so when one inevitably comes off, you can just glue another on! The shipping was unbelievably fast, I have placed orders from her before but this one pretty much came overnight! That was super nice!


So as I already said, I absolutely love this case so I will happily be giving it a 10/10!

I guess since this is my first post I'll tell you a bit about myself!

My name is Georgia (but I also go by Momo, Peaches, G, or George) and I am 16 as of right now but not for much longer! (￣ω￣) I'm in high school so I don't do much other than go to school, unfortunately. I wouldn't really say I am good at anything in particular (besides procrastinating), but there are many things that I enjoy. I love things like anime, video games, sleeping, eating, and just generally things that don't involve me moving. (⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄) I also enjoy learning about Japanese culture and am trying to teach myself Japanese (but it isn't going too well).

When I am not being a lazy otaku/weeaboo (idk which is worse?) I also like knitting, drawing (even though I'm pretty bad at it), makeup, and clothes (even though I wear sweatpants almost every day I can). I also love collecting stuff (much to my mother's dismay) like anime figures (or anything related to anime really) and plushies!!!!! (*♡∀♡) Alpacasso, Pote Usa, Rilakkuma, you name it, I want it. I am currently in the process of building my plush army to take over the world!

I hope this little post was at least a glimpse of what this blog is going to be (even though I am still not sure!) I hope to see you all in my future posts!
