So today I have a review that I am super excited to do! I love cute cases for just about anything that can have a case (mostly phone cases), it is honestly an addiction. My favorite type has to be decoden! I have 3 different decoden cases for my phone, 2 really because one broke but it was my fault (;﹏;), but I love them all so much! So I decided next I wanted a cute and fun case for my 3DS! So here we go!
What is decoden?
Decoden is a Japanese style of decorating your phone. "Deco" stems from the word decorated, pretty obvious is you ask me, and "den" being short for the Japanese word denwa, meaning phone. Even though it started for phones, it has spread to just about anything you can put a case on, or even things that don't have cases have been decodened! From what I have seen there are about three different styles of decoden floating around, whip, resin, and rhinestone/layered. The type I got for this review being a whipped case. These cases are made from silicon that has been piped on and are usually accompanied by pieces called cabochons. So that is a very brief over view on what decoden is, so let's move on to the actual case!

Review
First off I think if I could only say one thing about this case it would be that it is absolutely stunning! The attention to detail is amazing as is the quality of work! The piping of the silicon is beautiful and the arrangement of the cabochons is perfect! So in short I am VERY happy with this case!
As you all can see the star of this case is my favorite pokémon, Psyduck! I ordered this figure on my own and shipped it to the owner of the shop, Leslie, who is such a dear! Of corse we had already been talking about the case and she gave me the option to buy it and ship to her or she could have bought it and just added it to the price of the case. I told her that my only request was that I wanted there to be wings behind Psyduck, because I thought it would be super cute, and I wanted the whip to be pastel blue and pink, other than that I just told her to make it super kawaii! And I can say she delivered! after about 2 weeks, she sent me a few potential layouts for the case, and when I wanted to combine two of them, she accommodated me perfectly! She also adds rhinestones on the side for free to any custom case so of corse I had to have some, I am a sucker for sparkle! (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧
The case is quite heavy and bulky so I probably won't be taking it on any trips with me but that really isn't much of a problem! I hear a lot of people questioning the durability of decoden cases, while you can't just throw them around and you should be delicate with them, they can take some wear and tare. The cabochons that are on the silicon whip are very secure on the case, so you don't have to worry about those falling off. If anything the only thing that you would need to worry about coming off are the rhinestones. But Leslie sends a little baggie with extra rhinestones in it so when one inevitably comes off, you can just glue another on! The shipping was unbelievably fast, I have placed orders from her before but this one pretty much came overnight! That was super nice!
So as I already said, I absolutely love this case so I will happily be giving it a 10/10!
